Building an S650 around your own tune and fuel? The Stage 1 Tuner Kit delivers the complete ProCharger hardware package, including the 1200 plus HP intercooler, with tuning and fuel components left out so your tuner can build the right combo for E85, race gas, or methanol.

Options and Upgrades

• Stage 2 intercooler upgrade, add $435
• 55 lb/hr injectors, add $320, or 95 lb/hr injectors, add $750
• Fuel pump booster, add $550; booster with 55 lb injectors, add $870; booster with 95 lb injectors, add $1,300
• Bullet surge valve, add $125, or race valve, add $295
• If your car has the factory engine oil cooler (Performance Package and Dark Horse cars), choose Retain to keep it with the kit installed, add $350. Choose Delete if you do not have one or do not want to keep it.

What is the difference between this and the Stage 1 system?

Hardware is identical. The tuner kit leaves out tuning and fuel parts for custom builds, and it is not emissions certified.

Which head unit should I pick?

P-1X covers street builds to about 950 HP. D series and F series step up from there, topping out at the F-1A-94. Call us to match it to your goal.

Can TCcustoms install and tune it?

Yes. We install at Bessemer and Pell City and can coordinate dyno tuning for your fuel of choice.
