Emissions, shipping, timing

Is the Roush Phase 2 emissions legal?

Yes. It carries CARB EO D-488-66 for 2024 and 2025 Mustangs, which makes it 50-state emissions legal.

Can you ship the finished car?

Yes. We ship finished builds nationwide, and financing and trade-ins run through Town & Country Ford.
