Demand for our bays is ultra high, so installs run by appointment at both locations. Send the request below and a real person calls back to lock in your slot. Need it faster? Reach out and ask about expediting your build.
How install scheduling works
1. Send the request. Tell us your vehicle, the parts, your preferred store, and your preferred dates.
2. We call you back. A real person from the shop confirms the parts, quotes the labor over the phone, and locks in your appointment. We do not quote labor online because every build is different, and we would rather give you a real number than a website guess.
3. Drop it off. Certified Ford technicians trained in customization do the work, torque everything to spec, and handle alignment where the job calls for it.
Turnaround varies with demand and the job. Leveling kits and bed covers move fast; superchargers and full builds hold a bay longer. If your timeline is tight, say so in the request and ask about expediting.

How much is labor?
Quoted by phone for every job, because a supercharger install and a set of running boards are not the same afternoon. Send the request or call (205) 491-0010 and you will have a real number in minutes, not a form-letter estimate.
Can I bring parts I bought somewhere else?
Call us. We prioritize installs on parts bought from TCcustoms, and our bays stay busy, but talk to us and we will shoot straight about scheduling and pricing.
How far out are appointments?
It changes week to week with demand. The sooner you book, the better your slot, and if you need it expedited, ask. We will tell you honestly what is possible.
Which location should I pick?
Either store installs everything on this site. Bessemer is our home base southwest of Birmingham with paint and body on site; Pell City sits just off I-20 east of town. Pick whichever is closer and we will route anything special.
