The 5.4L 3V is a tough motor and it takes boost well. ProCharger's High Output Intercooled kit adds 60 to 65 percent more horsepower on 93 octane at 8 to 9 psi, using the factory 6-rib belt drive. The same kit covers the 2004-2010 F-150 and the 2007-2010 Expedition.

Common Questions

What is a Tuner Kit?

A Tuner Kit is the same hardware as the complete system, but it does not include the fuel system upgrade or the tune. You supply those. It is the right choice if you already have a tuner or you are going past ProCharger's standard power level.

Does it include tuning for my Expedition?

ProCharger states that tuning is included on 2007-2008 Expeditions only. Call us before you order and we will confirm what your year needs.

Can TCcustoms install it?

Yes. We install ProCharger systems at our Bessemer and Pell City shops. Call us and we will book it and give you a real turnaround time.
