This is The Driveshaft Shop 3.5" 1-Piece Aluminum Driveshaft with Direct Fit CV (part number FDSH54-A, SKU 610269) for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT (5.0L) with the automatic transmission. Made by Driveshaft Shop.

Overview

This new design eliminates the adapter plate at the rear end with a precision ground CV to fit inside the pinion flange just like the factory. This new design sheds weight from adapter plates while increasing power holding ability and drivetrain response. Our driveshaft will be an athletic upgrade from the factory soft rubber mounted shaft. Now offering solid connections, perfect alignment, and our new CV with chromoly internals / Spicer 1350 U-joint combination to get the power to the ground. Designed to hold over 1000+ horsepower, so even the most extreme engine modifications won't be a problem.

Please Note: Failure to follow the items below may damage the driveshaft and void the warranty. Emergency brake cable bracket clearance/relocation may be necessary. Special Note: Rear Subframe/Cradle Lock-out kit must be installed on the vehicle prior to installing a Driveshaft Shop 1-Piece Driveshaft. Any damage to the driveshaft (or any subsequent damage) caused by failing to properly reinforce the rear cradle and limit movement will void any and all warranty provided by The Driveshaft Shop.
