Built with ICON’s advanced CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) technology, this system allows for on-the-fly tuning of your shocks at any speed or terrain. The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system automatically reads the terrain through onboard sensors and adjusts shock compression instantly, providing the perfect balance between comfort and control. Once set up through the wireless IIC app on your iPhone, it functions automatically—no manual input required while driving.

The Stage 8 kit includes ICON’s remote reservoir coilovers with custom valving for 2–3 inches of front lift and 1.25–2.25 inches of rear lift on Sasquatch-equipped 4-door Broncos. The reservoirs increase oil capacity and cooling to prevent overheating or cavitation during aggressive use, ensuring consistent performance in the harshest environments.

This kit also includes heavy-duty Tubular Upper Control Arms featuring ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO, offering 90 degrees of total articulation and improved alignment for better drivability. The rear suspension package includes tubular upper and lower links plus an adjustable rear track bar, allowing for precise pinion angle adjustment, reduced suspension bind, and improved clearance around the fuel tank. The rear coilovers are mounted shaft-up with triple-rate springs to maximize travel and ride quality.

When paired with 35x12.50 tires, this system delivers up to 11.5 inches of front travel and 14 inches of rear travel. It can also accommodate 37-inch tires with optional up-travel limiters (sold separately).

• Recommended tire size: 35x12.50 (37” tires require optional bump stop spacers and minor trimming)

• Designed for Sasquatch-equipped Broncos; two-door models may sit slightly taller.

• Compatible with ICON and OE steering components; other aftermarket parts may vary.

• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with certain aftermarket step or rock slider mounts.

• Coil springs are tuned for near-stock weight Broncos; for heavier setups, consider ICON part K40018TX.

• Not compatible with Bronco Raptor.
