Official Rules and Regulations for the [World of Wheels Car Show] Giveaway

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
    A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.

  2. SPONSOR

    • The sponsor of this giveaway is Town & Country Ford dba TCcustoms (the “Sponsor”).

  3. ELIGIBILITY

    • This giveaway is open to legal residents of the [Eligible Regions, e.g., United States], who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

    • Void where prohibited by law.

    • Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

  4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

    • The giveaway begins on January 31, 2025 at 3pm and ends on February 2, 2025 at 6pm during the World of Wheels Car Show (the “Giveaway Period”).

    • All entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

  5. HOW TO ENTER

    1. Visit the Sponsor’s booth at the World of Wheels Car Show during the Giveaway Period.

    2. Scan the provided QR code with your smartphone or similar device.

    3. Fill out the contact information form completely and accurately.

    4. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries by the same individual on the same day may result in disqualification.

    5. By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and Regulations and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

  6. WINNER SELECTION

    • All eligible entries collected over the entire Giveaway Period will be combined into one pool.

    • On or about February 5, 2025 the Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries.

    • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

    • The potential winners will be notified by the phone number provided on their entry form.

    • Winners must respond within 24 hours of the notification attempt. Failure to respond within the specified time or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

    • If any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner fails to respond within the designated time, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

  8. PRIZES

    • Three (3) winners will each receive a $300 Gift Card to TCcustoms (“Prize”).

    • Each gift card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires on February 28, 2026.

    • The Sponsor is not responsible for replacing a lost, stolen, or expired gift card. No substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

    • All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility.

    • Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to a winner who is ineligible for the Prize, or is unable to or who does not accept the Prize for any reason.

  10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

  • By accepting a Prize, winners agree that the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their directors, employees, officers, or agents, have no liability or responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

  • Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind; (b) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the giveaway.

  1. DISPUTES

  • Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

  • All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province of Sponsor] without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

  1. PRIVACY

  • By participating, entrants agree that certain personal information submitted with an entry may be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting entrants, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

  1. WINNERS LIST

  • For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor’s address within 2 weeks of the Drawing Date.
