TCcustoms Price Match Policy

At TCcustoms, we’re committed to giving you the best possible value on custom vehicle parts and accessories. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical item, let us know — we’ll do our best to match it.

What Qualifies for a Price Match?

We’ll price match a competitor's advertised price if the following conditions are met:

• The item must be identical (brand, model, color, size, and part number).
• The item must be in stock and available to ship from the competitor.
• The price must be currently advertised and verifiable.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer (no auctions, marketplaces like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).

What We Don’t Match

• Prices from unauthorized or third-party sellers.
• Used, refurbished, or open-box items.
• Clearance, closeout, or liquidation pricing.
• Promos tied to membership or subscription programs.
• Pricing errors or misprints.
• Labor or installation fees.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, email customerservice@tccustoms.com with the following:

• Your name and contact info
• Link to the competitor's product page
• Screenshot of the advertised price (optional but helpful)
• Product name or SKU you’re comparing
