Mustang Sleeper
Mustang Sleeper Program
We take a brand new 2024, 2025, or 2026 Ford Mustang and install a Roush Phase 2 supercharger. You keep a clean stock look and you get real power you can use every day.
Why our sleeper build makes sense
We build with a dual throttle design and the TVS R2650 head unit. The kit lives under the factory hood and the K brace with no cutting. It is calm in traffic and it pulls hard when you ask.
Cooling is strong with twin intercoolers, a large heat exchanger, and a Bosch pump. Fuel flow is from high flow injectors and billet rails. Wiring is plug and play so the bay stays clean.
The look is simple and the car feels tight. You get a car that is quick, quiet, and ready to travel.
Fast facts you can trust
Rated output is eight hundred ten horsepower and six hundred thirty pound feet on ninety three octane. Calibration uses Roush Diagnostic Tuning for smooth power and clean checks.
The system keeps the stock twin eighty millimeter throttle bodies for balanced flow. The belt path runs close to the engine to lower load on the crank for long life.
It is SEMA certified and legal in all fifty states for 2024 and 2025 under CARB EO D 488 66.
We have run a quarter mile of ten point three three at one hundred thirty six miles per hour and zero to sixty in two point eight eight on a stock car with slicks on a prepped track using the ten R eighty and the three point five five gear. Peak boost is near thirteen pounds around seven thousand five hundred rpm with the eighty four millimeter pulley. Results can change with fuel, weather, gearing, tires, and the dyno used.
The supercharger is a dual front inlet, front drive TVS R2650 with a high flow inlet. The inverted layout places two large intercoolers under the lid for strong heat control. Hoses are custom formed and the kit fits under the stock hood and K brace.
The fuel side uses high flow dual cone injectors with director plates and billet rails. The drive system places the belt close to the block for less load. A large heat exchanger lowers charge temps without removing the front fascia.
The front end accessory drive pulls the belt in tight to reduce load on the crank. The custom degas bottle adds volume and helps stop aeration so cooling stays stable. All wiring uses factory style connectors for a clean and simple service path.
The Roush Phase 2 system for 2024 and 2025 is SEMA certified and holds CARB EO D 488 66. It is not supported for EU six point two. Tell us where you plan to title your car and we will guide you on details.
We can start with a new 2024, 2025, or 2026 Mustang from our stock, or we can order your spec. We help you pick the trim and axle for your goals.
We schedule parts, install, flash, and test. We give you a target date when you book and we keep you posted while we build.
We use Roush Diagnostic Tuning. After install we connect to the OBD two port and load the file with a J two five three four device. The process is fast and repeatable.
You can reuse stock induction. Many owners add a cold air kit, a cat back, and tires. We will guide you based on how you plan to drive.
