Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. Every order on TCcustoms.com (including parts on Backorder and/or Preorder) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Assuming you have not received the product, the deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date that the order was originally placed. Once the product has been shipped, it will fall under our Conditions for Returns.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day that we receive notice of cancellation of the order. We will deliver the funds using the same means of payment as your original order. You refund will be equal to the amount of your order less the 20% restocking fee.
Conditions for Returns
To start a return, you must get prior approval. To receive prior approval, call or email us at (205) 491-0010 or email@example.com. You will have 30 days from the time you originally received the product to initiate a return. Once you have received approval from us for the return, you will have 14 days from then to ship the product to us. We must receive the returned product within 14 days of the approval for return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return,
- The Goods were received by the customer in the last 30 days.
- The Goods are returned to us in the original and undamaged packaging.
- If the packaging has been opened, the product must clearly show no signs of being installed (or attempt to install). If the product shows any signs that you attempted to install it, we cannot accept the return. If the product has been damaged, we cannot accept the return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You must get prior authorization for a return BEFORE shipping the products back to us. You are responsible for the full cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

What About Sales Tax?
Our advanced website will automatically calculate the appropriate amount of sales tax that needs to be collected at the time of purchase. Our website prices are constantly updating, but if you receive a written quote from one of our team members that quote will be valid for 30 days.

What should I do if I have a problem with my product(s)?
Give us a call. After speaking with you, we will be able to point you in the right direction. If your product came in damaged during shipping, it is important that you let us know BEFORE accepting the delivery.
What if I have a warranty concern?Most of the products we sell offer some sort of a warranty. In the case you need to start a warranty claim, reach out to the manufacturer of the product. If you still have questions about the warranty, please give us a call. We are happy to try and help you get in contact with the right person. TCcustoms does not warranty any of the products that it sells. If a product has a warranty, the original manufacturer would be administering the warranty.
